zui普通的调节水泵流量的方法就是关小水泵出口阀门来调节流量、但是这只是针对常规的离心泵类的产品,如果采用的是螺杆泵或者柱塞泵、容积泵类产品就不能使用关小出口阀门调节,只能关小进口阀门来调节流量,关小阀门来达到调小流量的方法我们并不提倡、因为这样达不到节能的效果,工况需要的流量不稳定,调节水泵流量的方法我们建议选用目前zui为新颖的变频调流方法zui为合适,因为频率降低之后转速将会降低从而消耗功率也就降低了。根据不同工况选择不同的变频水泵才能达到预期的效果,常用的变频泵类产品参考如下:
一、变频离心泵
变频离心泵主要适应与生活供水用、用水量较大时变频离心泵出口电接点压力表会自动反馈给变频柜信号调高频率使其转速加大达到所需流量、当用水量较小时相反之使其转速降低流量变小,变频离心泵与普通离心泵不同之处就是电机多加了一个工频风扇为电机降温以避免转速降低之后电机自身的风扇达不到降温的效果。

二、变频螺杆泵
变频螺杆泵主要是运用与输送一些高粘度的液体、并且同样需要调节水泵流量、因为一些工况环境流量不是需要稳定性而是需要可调节的范围,变频螺杆泵优点就是在调节转速的情况下压力是稳定的只是流量有变化,所以采用变频螺杆泵的好处就是扬程稳定不会像离心泵一样转速变后扬程就变了。
